July : Summer measuring and even more worms

This summer we measured the TWZ plot which was 20 years old. Many of the trees had died shortly after planting as the ground had been waterlogged at the time. The greatest growth has been in the 'Fairy dust' corner at the top western end of the plot.

The 'worming' team continued their research on the biomass: counting, weighing and identifying worms caught in different areas of the site.
