Diary - 1996
November : Of bankers and manure
A group of Chase Manhattan Bank employees planted trees in Syrinx. Fresh farmyard manure was used as fertiliser, to our everlasting amusement at the bankers' expense!
August : Treewatch
8th - 11th August.
This was the first short Earthwatch Europe 'Discovery weekend'. The 9 day ones of the early 90s were American supported (Earthwatch) which meant they got people coming from all over the world.
The volunteers stayed at Caer Llan. Titania had its second measurement.
